Return Policy
Returns will be accepted only if the product is not used and still in the purchased condition. Any item that is damaged will not be accepted as a return.
Candles must not be burnt, have damaged wax or any other deficiencies in order to be eligible for a return.
Returns will be given an even exchange. Candles can be exchanged for another scent of the same size candle.
CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Customer must pay for return shipping to Mason Jar Candles & Co. and the shipping of the exchanged items.
